Forum: audio Subject: Use of music in a non-commercial short-film

I am considering using 65 seconds from Richard Wagner's "The Ride of the Valkyries" in a non-commercial shortfilm I am directing. I noticed "Community audio" hosted a version of this opera but I have not been able to find any information concerning the licence agreements on this recording (https://archive.org/details/DieWalkure_201310). Could you please tell me how I could learn more about this license agreement ?

Yours faithfully.

And here it is again but there is a cleaner wiki version with it.
